I need some help, i have 4551 MB of memory into my minecraft but its only allocating 9% (413MB) and if using only 6% (291MB) at most, i wanna have at least 50% allocate to get better frames, any help? pls i need it for my minecraft videos on my youtube

More RAM allocated does not mean more/better frames. It can make it stable, but it will not increase it anymore than what it is now. To improve performance, contemplate on grabbing a newer/more powerful graphics card. You can refer to the guide below for general tips on how to increase performance,
