Lag in the middle of game play

i usually sign and start playing the game then about 10 minutes into the game its starts lagging to where i cant play it anymore - internet is fine, computer and definatley handle it - just any ideas that can help? thank you

in video setting at the bottom in red its says " a 64 bit Java installation is recommended for 'Far' render distance (you have 32 bit)"

How do i find out how much RAM im giving to JAVA
