I tried to open up the new Minecraft launcher at my cousins house (he is 8 and has an account but he isn't computer smart) and I got this error... any suggestions?

Please fix the error and restart.

Try disabling firewall, restarting your computer and then downloading. This happened to me once but I'm not sure how I fixed it, if it doesn't work just try waiting for a few hours and then trying again.
