i can't load old save form 1.5.2 but when i lead or starting new world (1.6.2) i don't having problems with running it by the way this is not work unmodified and Modified world.

Was the old save previously modified at all?
Some entities placed in a save by mods will mess up if you load it up unmodified.
Also, it would be helpful if you posted your error report.

Ah okay, go to your desired world folder (in %appdata%\.minecraft\saves)and delete the session.lock file.
Should do the trick.

Also, once this is deleted, your world will load up.
There is a possibility the save has been corrupted and you are missing structures/items.
This is NOT due to deleting the session.lock file as it does not save any world information.
