All English options (UK,US,Australia...) having problems

Java:7
OS:Windows

On launch text is not English, not any language I think, but any other language I select it works fine, but when switching back to any version of English its just gibberish.

When launching 1.5.2, English works fine???

Please Help!!!!!!!

This is a bug, even though it says it affects resource packs, it also affects language
