Every guide I find isn't seeming to help me.

Let me illustrate how I have my folders:

.minecraft
->resourcepacks
-->Fallout Pack
--->assets
pack.mcmeta
----> (Within assets) minecraft
-----> font, lang, icons, etc.



Now, if you understood any of that, could you please tell me why I can't seem to find it listed in the Resource Packs menu? I followed word-for-word and nothing seems to work.
