So, not sure what's happening with my Minecraft account, but today my attempts to log into any server returns this message:

Connection Lost
Failed to login: Bad login


I have no idea what this means. Anyone know how to fix this?

I have purchased Minecraft, and was able to connect online with 1.5. I was also able to play online using the new launcher while the servers were running 1.5. This is my first attempt at playing online since I downloaded the 1.6 update.

Just closed the launcher and the Minecraft pop-up. Didn't work :/Edit: as an added side note, I can still connect to a 1.5 server that hasn't updated yet... this is very odd.Second Edit:

Just got online. If anyone else has this problem, I renamed my updated profile in the launcher, and renamed it. No idea if that was the fix....or if it was just dumb luck.

if you have 2 profiles you can only sign in to one at a time otherwise you cant go online so only sign in to 1.6.1 and sign out of 1.5.2
