I'm having the same issue, but not with all packs. Pixel Perfection shows up for me while NA UX Reborn doesn't show up.
They're both in the resource pack folder and they're updated for 1.6... soo I don't know what I'm doing wrong, if I'm even doing anything wrong.
If the texturepacks haven't been updated specifically for 1.6, then you have to run at tool on them to convert them. You can get the "TextureEnder.jar" from here https://mojang.com/2013/07/minecraft-the-horse-update/

But the zips (texture packs) dont appear in the resource packs
I dont know how to solve this help
