I'm getting lines such as this when I play vanilla 1.6.1 Minecraft:

(Take note of the water)
I just can't figure out how I'm getting them. I'm using the default resource pack and attempted MCpatcher to fix it.

The picture you see is of pure vanilla minecraft, before I tried MCpatcher.

Any help is appreciated!

That didn't seem to work for my Nvidia. It's worked all the other updates, I don't know why it decided this one was unworthy for me to play.
