I just downloaded the latest 1.6 update launcher and it works fine and everything is well.
However, I am unable to install mods and not even magic launcher can do this.
Is this a bug?
Im guessing it's because there is no "bin" folder in my .minecraft folder
Any help on this?
Version 1.6 (and the new launcher) have changed a considerably large number of things in the game. At this time we are all having to patiently wait until Bukkit / Forge / everyone else updates their systems and mods for the new changes.
If you click versions in your minecraft folder you can find the different versions you have played there you can find the .jar of that version. hope this helps!
