I just upgraded to the new version and I am trying to get Soartex pack (1.6) to load.

They say to click on the Mods and Textures button but I don't have one.

I just have Single Player and Multiplayer.

I removed the old version and only installed the version but its still missing.
When I go to Options there is only a Resource button which placing the pack in there does nothing.

Any ideas?

Options > Resource pack thing > click the button that says open resource pack folder and put the texture pack in there. Get a 1.6.1 texture pack and put that one in there though, it might not work with older versions.

Hmm ... No nothing happens, it shows the texture pack zip file but that's it...

?

So we are just stuck with the default crappy texture (why don't they make the default a lot more appealing?)
