Ok today I downloaded minecraft for the first time. after downloading MC I went to start it up & I noticed I had asked me to update so when I updated it says
Fatal error has occurred(2):C\user\admin\appdata\roaming\.minecraft\bin\version\ (access is denied)

I tried deleting it and downloading it again
HELP!

Its most likely your PC security software blocking you from downloading it or you have a virus/hacker messing up your minecraft.
