Hello, and thanks for just opening my topic, let me explain it better for you:
I had a Windows 7.
But then I have format my computer to Windows 8.
I have already updated all drivers for my computer, and I still don't know how to fix this.

The entire error:

	 Bad video card drivers!

Minecraft was unable to start because it failed to find an accelerated OpenGL mode.

i am having this issue on amachine i have window xp on. i have previously played minecraft on it but now it is coming up with this error.

Have you tried restarting you computer? You can try uninstalling your current drivers, and then give a fresh install. As a last resort you could confirm that advancedOpenGL is turned off, or manually turn it off. Go to the options text file and change advancedOpengl:true to false. To get to the options file open Run, and type appdata. From there go to Roaming then to .minecraft where you should be able to find the options file.
