When I turn things appear far away and closer when they're really not and it moves so fast, it gives me a headache, please, I did something! Help.

When I turn to the left a tree appears far away, when I turn right it stretches and appear closer

Have you perhaps turned up your FOV (Field of View)? In the in-game pause menu, go to Options and turn the FOV slider all the way to the left so it says 'FOV: Normal'.
