its true i tryed to speed thing up but it wouldnt work and its really bad the lag is really bad

A little more info would be nice how much RAM do you have on your system? And what is the CPU and GPU?

You gave us NOTHING to work on. Like Xelphos said, we need to know your CPU, your graphics card/gpu, how much ram you have, how much memory you've asserted to java, if you're using any texture packs, and if you're using any mods.
