I've try'd updating Video Card via Windows, But it says it's up-to-date.

I believe that you don't have graphics card drivers installed to begin with. Dxdiag would be able to recognize the drivers if you'd have one installed.
It is installed It's Intel(r)915 it's integrated graphics.

Well I did find a download, but I had to run it in XP Mode. Now I can play Minecraft now lower than 21 fps on Fancy!
