Yestarday I ran into the error multiple times on a server I play on.
I have to log out of minecraft and back in every time this happens.
Anyone else getting this?
This is a known bug for a lot of people in the game (including me). You just have to deal with it until Mojang someday implements a fix for the issue or try updating LWJGL.
Then it is just a simple bug. Do not worry, it happens to me all the time. Hopefully Mojang will fix it in the near future. Just re-launch if it bugs you.

I do run OptiFine, but that shouldn't affect it.
I don't use a mac though.
I use a Windows 8 Laptop.
LWJGL is used for Minecraft's graphics, sound, and input.
