Frame Rate loss with Enchanted Items - Java Edition Support - Support - Minecraft Forum

Anytime I have an Enchanted Item equipped (In Hand) I get a very noticeable loss in FrameRate and the performance of the game suffers a lot. This is far more noticeable with an Enchanted Bow, when drawing the Bow my FPS will drop instantly from ~45 to ~15 when I loose the arrow and the bow returns to it's undrawn state my FPS will raise back to ~45 then if I Equip a Non-Enchanted item my FPS goes back to 60+. It will even drop from 100+ to ~15 when drawing the bow. I Just updated all my Drivers and even updated LWJGL. This was not always a problem and it is Every Enchanted item. This occurs in both Modded and an Un-Modded version of Minecraft. I've tried Optifine to see if it couldn't help, but it unfortunately did not help at all.

Buuuut, It didn't fix the problem.
Screenshots of FPS with nothing equipped, bow equipped, enchanted bow equipped, and enchanted bow full drawn. This was just now, after installing 64-bit Java and Catalyst Suite.
