After the 1.5 update, my minecraft just randomly starts blinking, not the entire game, just the things like the esc menu, the inventory, health/hunger, text, and sometimes light. I noticed it completely stops blinking if I go into fullscreen as well. I know it is not lag or anything of that sort as well. In the worst cases I will only get as low as 40fps.
