The texture pack is probably corrupted. By the way, this is about Minecraft itself so next time, post this in the Unmodified Minecraft Support section.
sorry abuot that but how do i get rid of the corrupted texture pack it won't let me delete it from there
Go to Start, type in %appdata%, go into the roaming, go into .minecraft, go into texturepacks, and delete it from there. By the way, I would Force-Update just to be safe after.
