Hey, so my computer suddenly crashed while I was working on a custom map. After restarting my computer I tried to load up the map, but a few things happened. First the map would not show up in the list of saves even though it was there in the .minecraft/saves folder along with the rest of my saves (which all showed up fine). I opened up the map in MCedit to see if it would work in that, and it did everything was fine and how it was previously except the spawn was moved to some random location 30 or so chunks away from the original spawn.
After opening it up in MCedit and moving the spawn back to where it was before, the map finally appeared in my saves list and I loaded it up. When I did so, it spawned me in new chunks where the spawn point had been moved to and generated new chunks. These chunks were seemingly regular generation with a random seed, which is weird because when I created my world I selected the "Redstone Ready" preset.
Another change that appeared was that the setting for "Allow Cheats" was turned off, and I have no idea how to turn that back on without opening my game to LAN every time.
Finally, probably the weirdest change is that all of a sudden the "bottom" of the world in the void (Most of my custom map is empty space) - the height that if you go below it the horizon turns completely black - moved up from Y=0 to Y=60! Why in the world would that happen? It's like it thinks that Y=60 is the bottom of the void.
Sorry if my sentences/ideas are terribly constructed, I'm very tired.
TL;DR: Do you guys have any ideas on how to change the "Allow Cheats" setting after a world is created, or how to fix my problem where if I go below Y=60 it's as if I'm below Y=0 in a normal world?

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
Stupid 3D..
