I can't find it in any of my effin folders, and when I search for it nothing shows up. I've reached it before, as I had downloaded NEI mod into my bin, but now its gone. I even downloaded minecraft again and still nothing. Where would it be? How can I get it back?
open up explorer then type %appdata% into the bar on top

appdata is a hidden system folder. To enable viewing of hidden files and folders, go into control panel and change folder options view settings to 'show hidden files and folders'
