These villagers froze here and i cant do anything about them... they dont move, but they are messing up my iron trench, plus i cant even kill them.

is there a cheat like /butcher that i can use to get rid of them?

Have you tried using lava, or arrows from dispensers?

Have you completely exited and re-logged into minecraft? If it's a SP world then that might do it, but if it's a server you can ask the Owner to restart, or wait until the next scheduled restart.
If it is a Server, you can have an Admin do /killall, but that would slaughter every entity in loaded chunks, so you don't want to do that.
If it is a Single-Player world you could do /killall but again, every entity in loaded chunks. But at least on SP it would be easier to respawn them.
One thing you might be able to do is shoot an empty minecart at them, it might pick them up and you can adjust the track to drop them into lava or a pit or somewhere out of the way.
Last resort I guess would just be adjusting the track a little to move it out of their way.

i tried all the suggestion except for tnt and no luck... im the admin of my server so it looks like ill just go mcedit somewhere else then...

Why don't you try to drown them, burn them, or ***** them to death? Maybe try getting a few wolves to help you kill them, even though that may not work.

so i moved the structure with world edit and its working now...

now the problem is im getting, like 1 golem every about 30 seconds to 1 minute...

time to go to normal from bukkit, and install a village viewer mod
