Can't see others' lan worlds; Others can't see mine

My 2 friends and I are trying to play Minecraft at my house. One is hosting a server and the other friend can join with no problem.

However, I can't even see his server. When I try and host, neither can see my server.

I have allowed all instances of Java through the firewall and I have tried direct connect. None of us are using Hamachi.
