Is this for every texture pack you try to use? If it is just one, I would try to force-update and see what happens. Although, the Texture Pack is probably corrupted so I would try to use something else.

just did and it still crashes so it may be the corrupted texturepack then i was trying to use this one http://www.planetmin...a-hd-continued/ if you any other exampels on a same texture pack i can use plas give me them
There are many different Texture Packs out there that will suit your taste. If you look carefully, you will surely find an awesome one sooner or later.
Though keep in mind that there is a memory leak issue within 1.5 that severely affects performance of, or even crashes Minecraft when trying to use a HD texture pack or switch between texture packs. This is a known bug and has been fixed in 1.6.
