A troubling problem

Recently, I've had a bad problem with my minecraft so that when I move my mouse, my screen stops updating until I stop moving my mouse. As you can imagine, this makes every PvP game and even single-player minecraft world completely unplayable. Does anyone know of a way to fix this issue?

Are you running anything in the background? Have you tried reinstalling everything?

Try changing priority higher to minecraft process through task manager.

I'm not exactly sure how to change priority, but I've tried closing everything else. It doesn't work.
