when i got to log into minecraft it says "login failed" i have been using this account for a long time and only just has started doing this.

and when i try to log into the minecraft.net site this comes up:

can anyone help me please?

Try logging in with the email associated with the account.

sorry just had exams couldnt get back to you, but i tried with the email to the account it still will not work.
