You sure nothing is filtering your connection? Wouldn't hurt to check your hosts file as well,
Hold down the Windows key, and press R. In the window that appears, enter "%SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc", and press Enter. In the window that appears you will see a file, "hosts".
Open that file in Notepad, and copy the contents onto Pastebin, and give us the resulting URL.

Retired StaffNorton's Antivirus program and firewall are known to interfere with Minecraft's login and server-joining process. Currently the only way to fix it is to uninstall it.
You may need to use this tool,
https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/kb20080828154508EN_EndUserProfile_en_us
I've uninstalled Norton's AntiVirus and I still can't connect to Minecraft.

Retired StaffNorton is known for clinging onto the system even after uninstall. Did you use the tool I linked?
It appears that I can't connect to that website. I have full internet access.

Retired StaffI can connect to it fine. It might be your router/modem, try restarting it and try again.
Did that, no luck.

What is pastebin..? Hehe.

Retired StaffMight need a reboot for it to take effect.
Restarted modem and laptop. Still nothing.
