Well, you can try to update your graphic card drivers, but i'm pretty sure you're not going to run minecraft smoothly with that configuration, sorry.

You have two options. If your using a pc, either replace video card driver(If windows xp) or if windows 7, update the driver. If your using a laptop, just update the driver. Oh, I said it twice. My bad...
