I cannot connect to minecraft.net when I play through the launcher.
I can play when I use the website
I have disabled/completely removed my antivirus and the result is the same.
I tried his Java fix just now and it did not work.
I tried power-cycling as well and it did not work either.
My launcher has neither of the issues (loading news/no brown dirt on the lower bar)
