I uninstalled alot and now getting average of 14 could I do anything to get higher?

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.

I allocated more ram to minecaft and I am now getting 24 fps average. Also my processor is Intel Core i5 processor 650.
