Hey, so I've been playing minecraft recently and I always get lag even when I do everything to stop it.
What I do to stop the lag but still experience lag:
-Optifine
-AVG PC Tuneup
-AVG AntiVirus
-Control Panel with Java, doing that JRE thing...
-Using *.bat to put in more memory
-Game booster
-BEST Minecraft settings to improve performance
-Task manage priority
-Cleaning out hard drive space
-CCleaner
-No textures pack used
-No fullscreen
-Best OPTIFINE settings for best performance
-Closing out background process w/ task manager and more
-Disabling windows startup programs
-Uninstalled mods (this actually helped quite a bit)
-Peaceful setting (for less lag from mobs)
-Tried to pick up items, find a good place without lag in minecraft,
-Good internet 5 bars
-Windows 8
-4 gb of ram
-AMD
-All In one computer
-Lowing down sounds in minecraft
AND still lag...
It would mean a lot if you reply to this thread on what else or what should I do to help prevent this lag.
Some of the things you listed don't help at all, and setting your game's priority higher via the task manager can make your game unstable. Give us all your specs, you probably have a poop computer.

Processor: AMD E1-1200 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1.40 GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 4.00 GB (2.59 GB usable)
System type:64-bit Operating System, x64 based processor
(I usually get like 60-70 fps on superflat worlds, on survival its like 20-30 fps)
I think he means that they are, well, useless. The tuneups that say, "Click this MAGIC button and everything is faster. Restore life to your old PC with _____TuneUp+!" don't work. You can't just click a magic button and do all that stuff.

1. Allocate more RAM to Java
2. Turn Fancy graphics off, play on short render distance.
3. Get optifine
4. If these tips don't help, then just straight up get a new computer. Maybe yours just doesn't run MC well.
Hope this helped.
As these are just quick suggestions, you might want to check out reviews and stuff to make sure there aren't better options for the price range. Also, you need to remember to make sure that that your current parts are compatible with the ones you may or may not be getting to prevent problems.
Are your ingame graphics set to "Fast" with clouds & particals turned off & your render distence set to normal (or small/tiny)?
Those simple things help quite a bit with lag. I play on an older laptop with those settings (no optifine or other third party fixes) and I only get a bit of lag now & then when I'm around massive redstone contraptions & farms. A bit of lag is natural because of the jerry-rigged way the game is coded.
CCleaner GameBooster and TuneUp are actually pretty much useless imo. If there's the chance that they even do something, they could easily screw up your computer if you mess with the registry.

Hmm, lots of people are saying do not use them so, I guess okay?

Edit: Looks like you've already tried. It's probably your computer or wifi network that is slow

I think it is my computer. But my internet is really good.
Yeah, but the bad thing is that this is actually not a old computer. =/
Yes, but the Nasa computers might even have a hard time with Minecraft.

I checked viruses as said in the list AVG Antivirus. But yeah.
