hey guys i'm new player of minecraft but when i downloaded it today i lagged so much until i couldn't move or punch and i tried so many solution that it may help but no use still lag driving me crazy plz guys that's why i came to this forum i need a solution as u can see i'm new and beginner also in the game

Optifine helps FPS, not lag.
