Yo, it's me, the guy who posted that..... well... that's for some other time.

Until about a couple weeks ago, friends would come onto my server and play. I (somewhat) learned (I may make a mistake from time to time) how to port forward and check if my IP changed. However, about 3 weeks ago, my friends were unable to connect to my server, even though I was. Though my IP changed, I fixed it by re-port forwarding, but they were still unable to connect. I entered my IPV4 into the server properties file, still no success, and then left it blank, still no success.
I eventually found out about canyouseeme.org and tested my connection with both the 25565 and 25566 (just to make sure) and both of them said that the connection was refused. I now suspect that the firewall had a doing in this, but I'm still unsure. And if it is, I may need help. A lot of help.
