I've been reading and googling about this issue but i find no solution.

I had another computer and it was worse than this and i could run my Server (Just 2 friends ON), play on the server (with Shaders MOD) and a window with youtube with no lag and no problems.
That is a terrible computer! 1.4ghz effective dual core. The GPU will be intel GMA or if you're lucky HD 3000/4000! This is the fps it should get. Your best bet is to buy a new pc or install optifine and run on tiny

I assigned 1024 MB and using Optifine on Magic Launcher and im getting 9-10 FPS but it still unplayable.
I suggest just getting a built for gaming computer.

Turn all the settings low on MC.
If you play 3-5 hours at a time without taking a break, your computer/laptop will start getting slower, and slower, and sloooooower. It can permanently slow down your computer.

Try closing unwanted programs, checking for viruses

I play only with Hamachi and Server console open, nothing more.
I checked for viruses with Norton and it was clean since this is a 1-week old laptop.

I used the RAMDisk tip and i'm getting veeery much better FPS (10+) It is slow too but anyway i just wanna play.
RIght now RAM Disk + Optifine + Fast graphics + Normal rendering. It is good enough for handle my server and client.
