When I install Java 32-bit, it works perfectly... however I want to use 64-bit Java because if I have 32 and 64 then FTB will also automatically use 32-bit and it is not enough for FTB.
But basically I want to be able to play Minecraft on Java 64-bit.
I do have a 64-bit system.
Plus it wont even let me see the launcher... I click Minecraft and before anything happens the message pops up.
I have tried re-installing Minecraft. I have tried re-installing Java. I have tried deleting all files that have to do with Minecraft and Java. I have tried using Jarfix. And nothing has worked.

Can you make sure you don't have any stray java.exe or javaw.exe binaries on your computer that don't belong to the version that you have installed? One place to check is Windows\system32
The other possibility is that at some point in time you didn't uninstall java 'correctly' and there is still some reference in the registry to this now deleted java install.

And how do I make sure there is no reference in the registry to the deleted Java?
I'm not familiar with gerbil's links, however you might try running a registry cleaner. I like to use CCleaner.
I recommend you do the following steps in order:
Uninstall all Java installs
Remove minecraft install files (keep your saves folder of course)
Run registry cleaner (make registry backup just in case)
Run registry cleaner a second time to make sure scan looks clean (may find more files after initial scan&removal)
Reinstall Java JRE 64bit
Download fresh copy of the minecraft launcher and place on desktop
Put exceptions in your Antivirus/firewall for the minecraft.exe and Javaw.exe file locations.
Attempt to launch minecraft.
If it still doesn't launch with the same error then something really strange is going on with your PC. Perhaps try making a new user account and try installing minecraft there and try to launch as a test.

You need to go into your control panel then click on system and security then click on system then click on advanced system settings then enviromental variables then find path on the list on the bottom, then click on it and press edit. then delete anything you see except for the name Path and put %SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin\ That should work if not reply with your skype. I had the same problem.
As crazybacon said above, it's a system path problem. Try doing what he said.
