Okay so I got an alienware laptop about a mouth ago and when I first got it it ran minecraft great, 60 fps with highest settings (The laptop is the alienware m14x). Now when I run minecraft I get huge lag spikes and can not run it well. Also when I try the snapshots with everything on low I get 1 to 4 fps. I have no clue why this is happening if anyone can give me some ideas to make it run faster that would be great. I have already tried giving Java more ram but that doesn't seem to help. Thank you to anyone that gives me ideas!
