Please help!! Mincraft won't work!! First I tried moving, then it stopped working, then I deleted everything, then I tried a bunch more times to download it! It never worked, the browser won't even work!!

Please help. i can't play minecraft now!! Please, I beg help. I don't know why it won't work in the browser. I tried deleting everything in the recycle bin, but that didn't work. My minecraft is messed up! Please help!!!
I tried moving the file. I understand now that that was bad, so I don't need to hear about it. I ran just like, 10 minuets earlier. It all started when I tried to move the file. So I deleted it. I didn't know that it wouldn't work again!! Does this mean that my worlds are deleted? Please help, this has never happened before!! I'm like in tears. Which file did you move, where was it located on your computer?
I have windows. I tried moving the whole dang minecraft file in %appdata%. I was being stupid. Now I may never be able to play it again. At least not those worlds. It says error when I try to update. And it doesn't load if I don't.
Your save files are stored in the .minecraft folder which you moved. You can copy them out of there to back them up to a safe location.
This ensures your worlds are safe.
Next, try opening minecraft and before loggin in, click on the options and force update.
If that doesn't work, maybe move the .minecraft folder from the Appdata folder, maybe to your desktop temporarily.
Re-download the Minecraft launcher from Minecraft.Net and run.
