HELP! I cannot connect to ANY servers on my servers list. It has been like this for about 3 weeks and im DONE. I searched all over the web and cant find any answers. On my multiplayer list I have about 30+ servers, and i know for fact that many of them are up, because my friends go on them. But Every server says, "Cannot connect" next to them. and when i try to connect to one, it takes like 20 minutes to connect to server, then it says, "Failed to connect : opperation timed out" Can Someone PLEASE Help me!

Other info:
-There is nothing wrong with my internet. I can connect to my browsers, and skype fine.

-I am on a Mac. with the newest version.

-My Steam, and Hamachi wont connect either.

-I have tried, port forwarding my ip, restarting my computer, reinstalling minecraft, and even Getting a new hard drive. But still cant connect.

-I even tried changing my ip.

If someone can PLEEEEEEASEEE help me, that would be awesome!

what does that mean? Like should I check my modem?

It may be that Java isn't capable of connecting to the internet.

How would I fix that?

Well a lot of things can cause that but here are some ways to fix it:
Update java
Disable un-needed network host
Disable your firewall

If they dont work let me know

My Java has already been updated. so thats not the problem.

I am only connected to my wifi, so i dont know what you mean by un-needed network host

and I already had my firewall disabled.

Hamachi and Virtual Box could be one of them.
Try changing your modem by grabbing one off a friend.

Did you allow your ports through?

I uninstalled Hamachi, but nothing happened.
Ill try the modem thing next, but it may be a while til i get one from a friend.

Minecraft may be corrupted have you deleted your .minecraft and reinstalled it?

yeah i reinstalled my minecraft multiple times. its not corrupted.

I have a Motorolla SBG6580- it is a modem and router combined into one.

okAnd did anything happen before it started.

Nope. I got that new router/ modem about a week before this started happening. But it was just like, one day i can play fine, and then the next day, I couldn't.

Minecraft may show the server in the list but refuse to let you connect. Keep trying. It is a bug with minecraft. If you cannot get it to connect, try direct connection.

Its not an MC bug, direct connect wont work either. Its not just my minecraft that wont work, its also my steam, and hamachi.

Its not my firewall, I turned that off a long time ago, Its probably my internet blocking my applications or something idk if its my ISP cuz my browser internet is really fast and stuff.

Have you reinstalled java?
