I bought Minecraft the day before yesterday and played all day with no troubles. During a restart my computer did some sort of disk scan and afterwards Minecraft refused to work from the download or browser. I went through and deleted Java and reinstalled the current update. Still didn't work, uninstalled again and tried Java six. Was able to get to the log in screen, type and press login but as soon as I see the load bar pop up it goes solid black (never shuts it'self off just stays in that state). Tried 7u4 and now 7u5 and still not working. Found the thing about getting the crash report and this is what it gave me.

I'm really kicking my butt about buying a game that I could only play a single day, so if anyone can help me I'd really appreciate it.
Latest Java is 7u21.
Though the log mentions LWJGL being the issue. Did you try a force update?
To do so, start Minecraft, press 'Options' (above the 'Login' button), Press 'Force update!', then press 'Done', and login to Minecraft. See http://i.imgur.com/5b09B.png for visual instructions.
