I have an HP Envy with an AMD a10 quad core 2.3Ghz (turboboost to 3.1Ghz) 6Gb DDR3 RAM 750 GB HDD 614 GB free space and my computer will restart randomly while playing mine craft but i haven't had it happen doing anything else. i just re-installed java and made sure its up to date and ran antivirus and made sure i haven't got any viruses any help is greatly appreciated thanks.

Being a HP, HP is poor to design proper cooling for their machines of any type. Odds end could be overheating at most.
But this would be most confirmed by a Event Viewer log in System with no bugcheck codes or parameters at all or better yet Kernel Power event.
Whats the recent driver update you did?
Messing with the laptop lately?

It is a laptop... The power supply cable is least thing to worry about in this case.
I thought Dell and Toshiba have the worst cooling?
