Recently I have had A problem clicking in minecraft because every time I try to break blocks the cursor appears and goes to the save and quit to title menu. The same happens with eating and rapidly clicking. Can someone help?
FRAPS is a screen-recording application. I was wondering if it was open, because it sometimes gives me problems with Minecraft when open.
Since you didn't know what it was, I assume you don't have it installed.

Are you by any chance playing on a laptop? If so are you using a usb mouse or the touchpad to control? It sounds like the game is losing focus.
I am using a windows 8 laptop (not the tablet so many people get this wrong)and I use the the touch pad that all laptops have. I have also tried mouse's USB and wireless is there any way to give my game focus again? *crosses fingers*
If you have a mouse you can use, plug it in and make sure its working, then go into your options for the touchpad and just disable it completely and see if the issue goes away. If it doesn't then the issue is likely either with the OS or a background program that is running and stealing focus from the game.
Also you weren't able to update LWJGL? Don't use the automatic update script, just update manually using the manual instructions.

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
