I have a really fast cpu. (Sorry, but i don't know how to get my computer specs ). However, when i bought it, the salesperson said it was an excellent gaming computer. And it is. I can run games like Skyrim and tf2 with little to no problem. However, on minecraft my computer hates me. On single player, i get around 50 fps, which is good but the problem comes on multiplayer. I usually get 5-20 fps. It's horrible, even with Optifine and all the graphics setting turned down low. Does anyone know any other mods then optifine or any other way to fix this? I really want to play multiplayer well!

I'm assuming it isn't to do with your internet speed, since you can play TF2 fine?

My internet used to wobble a bit, but i fixed it so i don't think thats the problem. Also Tf2 is not perfectly fine, it has a verrrrrry little bit of lag, but it is usually unnoticeable. The only major problem in Tf2 is when im on a server with more then 30 people.

Go on other servers to check. If their still the same, try uninstalling some of the games.

Maybe it's the server you're on is causing lag. I think plugins can cause lag, but I'm not too sure.

Chronos what are u talking about? Tf2 or minecraft?I dont really play tf2 anymore, but i really want to play minecraft without lag. One of the most laggy servers is MCOrigins. Another is The Hive. Also Sky's server.

BTW if anyone suggests gamebooster for the lag, i already have it and it dosent do much.

Does anyone know any other game boosting mods other then Optifine?

Okay, so i found out that gamebooster wasnt boosting minecraft, so i made it boost minecraft and OMG 117 FPS!
