So I have a beast i7 QM something laptop with beast NVIDIA graphics that usually run minecraft at 120-200 fps on max settings. however to reduce the stress on my computer i use vsync which makes it run at 60 fps. my minecraft works fine for about 10 minutes before i get a lag spike where i get 0 - 1 fps and it either will (sometimes) crash my minecraft, it lasts so long i ragequit, or it fixes itself and 1 minute later does it again

Yes I tried installing Optifine
Yes I tried redownloading minecraft
Yes I tried 64 bit Java
Yes I tried reducing it to tiny, fast, balanced, etc
someone please help, this is a relatively new computer
