I'm having an issue with movement and I don't know EXACTLY what causes it but I do have a general idea of what will make it happen. First of all, what happens is that movement/jumping sometimes gets stuck and I'll keep moving/jumping in a given direction until I press the movement/jump key that's actually supposed to make me do this. This seems to happen when I'm clicking and moving (like attacking or mining) and can get extremely annoying and almost kill me when say, I'm trying to kill a creeper but after attacking and trying to stop movement I continue to walk into the creeper. I have minecraft 1.5.2 and my OS is Linux Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. Here's a few basic specs, just trying to give everything that even has a chance of helping fix this.
Processor: Intel® Celeron(R) CPU 847 @ 1.10GHz × 2
Update LWJGL, which governs the game's input mechanism.
Thanks man, works perfectly now. I was experiencing just about everything that updating that said it should fix and now its great. I do still have one problem though, I'm getting that lighting glitch where areas show up really dark with no light until you either stand there a little while or you put a torch down and pick it back up in order to update the lighting conditions.

That is unfortunately a bug within the lighting engine of the game. We cannot fix that, and it is a known bug that they're working to resolve.
