This issue is sort of both a client/server problem, meaning it's in issue with the client, that only happens on servers.
So this issue takes place on every server I go on, in which my friend, player Random5720 would join a server, and receive no lag memory wise. However, when we both join the same server, or happen to be on the same server, Random5720 exclaims that all the players are frozen and the chunks won't load, and this only happens when I join the server.
Info you might want to know:
-My internet speed is, on average 59/8 Mbps.
-Random5720's internet speed is averagely 16/4 Mbps
-Me and Random5720 both live in the same town.
-None of my other friends, who live in the same town, experience this problem
-When I run a speed test on speedtest.net, the download speed seems to be 60 Mbps, but when it tries to run the upload speed, it fails.
