When ever I launch Minecraft, every time I look around, it lags, I installed Optifine and I set all the graphics to fast and stuff.. yet, it still lags when I look around, but when I move around without looking around it doesn't lag, any ideas, tips, or suggestions?

Well, that depends on your computer. Looking around forces the game to generate more chunks, mobs, and the such.

I think I know what your talking about.
Press F8 on your computer, it should stop it.

If your computer still lags despite minimal settings, then I think it's time for you to get a new computer with better graphics and RAM, because Optifine is meant to reduce that kind of lag.

If you are talking about right when you launch Minecraft, then it will lag because it is loading the chunks.

I had this exact same problem on my Windows Xp computer. I found out that it was a malware program called STIJ.EXE. Go to task manager, then proccesses and click End Proccess. This will only quit it for a couple seconds though. If you want to delete the malware completely and restore your computer bakc to it's original glory, download SpyHunter. It will do a scan and delete STIJ. Enjoy lag free Minecraft.
