My minecraft dose not work when I try to use a 64 bit java when I have a 64 bit OS. I can login but the screen goes black.I uninstilled the 32bit java I had and it still did not work. Can someone help please?

Please uninstall all versions of Java present on the machine, then grab only the 64-bit one.

It still did not work. i did what you said. minecraft gave me a blackscreen when i try to play it.
