My computer runs minecraft with little lag on max settings but I use a 32-bit java. If I upgrade to a 64-bit java, will I see better performance in minecraft (FPS). Also, if I upgrade from 6GB of RAM to 8GB of RAM, will I see better performance in minecraft, like will it run a little bit smoother. And last of all, my CPU speed is 1.9 GHz(under clocked) if I change the bios settings so it runs at 2.9GHz, will I see better performance. My computer has windows 8 64-bit
64bit Java should get you better performance
You don't need to upgrade from 6 to 8G. MC itself isn't going to try to use (by default) more than around 1.5G of memory, plus whatever memory your video driver wants to use.
I don't understand how you think you can change your clock by 50% without breaking something, that's a huge change... The impact of changing the clock rate depends upon your system. MC needs CPU to run the world, so you need more CPU when you have lots of stuff happening, (red stone, mobs, pistons, automatic farms, etc), mostly it needs lots of 3D rendering, and that depends upon your CPU if you have an Intel integrated graphics solution.. If the system clock you are going to change also affects the RAM and GPU speed, then it will improve performance there as well.
Clocking your CPU can be dangerous, so research what other users with your CPU have clocked stably at. (in most cases, you can't clock as high as you are wanting to)

Curse PremiumAlso, try using Optifine for a performance boost.
MC is GPU intensive, so if you are willing to upgrade anything, upgrade or get a dedicated GPU.
