Does it happen if you create a new world? If not that it is an issue with the world itself. Perhaps you can try using MCEdit to "repair it", it seems to be certain problematic entities or chunks, which will cause the out of memory error.
If your world got corrupted you can try to repair it with MCEdit. Open the offending world in MCEdit, press 'ctrl-i' and select 'Repair regions' in the dialogue which pops up. Once this has completed, save your world and exit MCEdit.
To download MCEdit, go to http://www.mcedit.net/ and choose the version appropriate for your OS.

Yes, I tried with a brand new world, however. This doesn't occur when I play on a MP server. Which is interesting.

Mind you these are all vanilla events. No mods, no texture packs. Nothing.
I haven't played in a few monthes, and this has never happened before, so its sort of an issue.
Also here is the crash report.

Any help would be fantastic, thank you.
